If you are contacting us to cancel or change an order, please include your Order Number in the message.

We aim to respond to all general enquiry within 24–48 business hours.

Urgent Cancellations & Changes: If you are reaching out to cancel or change an order within our grace period (2 hours for custom sizes / 12 hours for preset sizes), do not worry if we don't reply immediately!

As long as your message was submitted before your grace period expired, we will honour your request and cancel your order when we process your email.
