Please complete the form below in full. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your order being delivered. To be eligible for a refund, your preset nails must be completely unworn, untried, and the hygiene seal must be 100% intact.

Once you submit this form, we will review your order details and photo proof within 2–3 business days to determine eligibility. You will receive an email notifying you of our decision. If your request is approved, we will process the refund immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to clear into your bank account, depending on your bank's processing times. Incomplete forms or submissions without clear photo proof cannot be processed.
